Prof. Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, founding Partner at Levy Kaufmann-Kohler and immediate past President of ICCA, joins Peter Rižnik to share her views on the creation of a multilateral investment court. They review some of the criticisms of the current ISDS system and how a standing body could address them. In particular, they discuss the instruments to ensure gender and geographical diversity in the appointment process of the adjudicators of such a standing court.
