Lucy Greenwood, independent arbitrator and founder of GreenwoodArbitration, shares her experience as a sole practitioner and discusses equal representation of women in international arbitration. She presents her initiative, the Pledge for Greener Arbitrations, intended to contribute to managing arbitrations in a more environmentally conscious way.
