We are pleased to announce that Dr. Christian W. Konrad will be speaking at the Petersberg Arbitration Days (Petersberger Schiedstage), hosted by the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) in cooperation with Verlag C.H. Beck.
The 22nd Petersberger Schiedstage will take place on 27-28 February 2026 in Königswinter, Germany, and will focus on the theme “Arbitration & Liability Avoidance in M&A Transactions”.
Across four panel discussions, leading practitioners and academics will examine this multifaceted topic from a variety of perspectives, addressing both strategic and procedural considerations in post-M&A disputes.
The conference will be moderated by Dr Jörg Risse and Dr Rouven F. Bodenheimer. Dr Christian W. Konrad will participate in a panel alongside Dr Thomas Winter and Dr Robert Papst, discussing liability proceedings arising out of M&A transactions before state courts and the interface between arbitration and litigation in this context.
