Dr. Christian W. Konrad to Speak at the Conference on International Arbitration in Germany

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Christian W. Konrad will speak at the conference “International Commercial Arbitration in Times of Global Challenges”, hosted by the University of Hamburg

The conference “International Commercial Arbitration in Times of Global Challenges” will take place on 5 June 2026 in Hamburg, Germany.

Bringing together leading practitioners and academics, the conference will explore the impact of global developments on international commercial arbitration through a series of panel discussions and expert contributions.

The programme addresses topics including the impact of global challenges on contract law, arbitration and arbitration proceedings, and evolving national responses in international arbitration practice.

Dr. Konrad will participate in a panel discussion chaired by Donata v. Enzberg, together with Dr. Björn P. Ebert and Dr. Kinga Timár, on the topic “Adapting or Terminating? National Responses to Changed Circumstances”.

The conference is organised by Prof. Dr. Antje Baumann and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Wurmnest.
