We are very pleased to announce that Dr Christian Konrad and Peter Rižnik have been appointed to the ICC Task Force “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”.

The new Task Force “Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration”, which is a task force of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, was created to explore current approaches to allegations or signs of corruption in disputes, and articulate guidance for arbitral tribunals on how to tackle such matters.

The Task Force will work closely with the ICC Corporate Responsibility and Anti-Corruption Commission, as well as the IBA and the OECD.
