Dr Michael Hofstätter joined our firm in 2015.
He focuses his practice on international arbitration and litigation matters, acting for clients in a wide spectrum of commercial and industrial sectors.
He is a regular lecturer at the Danube University Krems and is author of numerous publications in the field of dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a research and teaching assistant at the department of Civil Procedure at the University of Vienna, and worked as an associate at a Viennese law firm specialised in international arbitration.
